IT Product Sales

Refunds for IT products are subject to the respective product vendor’s refund and cancellation policies.

IT Support Services

Clients may request cancellation within 40 days of service commencement. Refunds will be issued after deducting charges for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Digital Marketing, Website Development, App Development, Content Creation, and Automation Services

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds will be calculated after deducting costs for work completed, hours invested, and resources utilized at the time of cancellation.

No refunds will be issued once a project has been fully completed and delivered.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Payment gateway processing fees may be non-refundable.
